You shouldn’t have to project-manage your own wedding.
Most couples don’t realize how much of planning a wedding is admin until they are in it. Forwarding emails between the florist and the venue. Explaining the timeline to the caterer twice. Being the only person who knows the whole plan.

How it actually goes
From the first call to the last dance.

The first conversation
Tell us the date, roughly how many people, and roughly what you want to spend on the day as a whole. We will tell you what that looks like in practice before you commit to anything. Most couples come to us nine to twelve months out.

A proposal built to it
Menu, bar, staffing, rentals and the shape of the day, priced to the budget you gave us rather than to a package. We design the whole arc, not just the entrée: cocktail hour, dinner, and what people eat at eleven at night.

We do the coordinating
The timeline, the floor plan, and the conversations with your florist, photographer, band and venue. You approve decisions. You do not chase anybody, and you are never the go-between.
- 04
The day itself
We set up, run the service, and clear it all away afterwards, with the same team who planned it. Nobody arrives needing to be briefed, and nobody comes looking for you with a question. You spend the whole day with the people who came to see you get married.
